At 16 Ross was creating artwork for surfboards in exchange for is own boards an artform he still pursues.
A graduate of Caulfield College and later studied Applied Art at Prahran Institute , he has spent 25 years career as a graphic artist. Ever increasingly he was drawn to fine art. Wilsmore's still, silent and crisp paintings becoming ever more sought after. He now works in his own studio concentrating on painting on canvas.
Distinct in style and rendering his works on canvas now reside in corporate and private collections.
